How to determine if the headset is suitable?
The diameter of the sponge ≥ the inner diameter of the catheter
For example the Sony Z5 catheter has an inner diameter of 4mm so all three sizes are applicable.
For Sony series headphones the recommended 4x5mm size is just right.
For some Senhai headphones 4X5mm ordinary sponge is recommended.
Sennheiser Wireless recommend 4x3mm imported sponge

Instructions:
(You don’t need to apply glue to test too many earphones without falling out)
Take out the old sponge with tweezers clean the sound outlet with alcohol cotton and then put a circle of glue on the damping end of the sponge (be careful not to coat the bottom) insert it into the earphone tube and wait a few minutes for the glue to dry.
The greater the density the better the dust-proof effect the duller the sense of hearing (the more low frequencies) the greater the density the more low frequencies the compound balance and the normal transparency.
